As your guests arrive, they will be greeted by cheerful
servers offering chilled champagne with strawberries.
Hosted Open Bar Throughout Your Affair

Our Chef’s selection of gourmet butler style
hot Hors d’oeuvres passed continuously in
unlimited quantities.
A bountiful display of cold appetizers featuring international cheeses and assorted antipasto dishes, fresh vegetable crudités with roasted red pepper dip, and fresh fruits and melons.
Dinner
Your complete plated dinner will start with either Caesar Salad or our famous Eagle’s Landing Garden Salad.
For your second course you have a choice of soup or pasta.
Your guests will have a choice of three entrees that you have pre-selected. Each will be elegantly presented with a medley of fresh seasonal vegetables and Chef’s choice of potato.
